ONE WATERMARK PLACE HAS MOST EXPENSIVE APARTMENTS IN WEST PALM BEACH
One Watermark Place, a luxurious condominium on the Intracoastal Waterway, was built in 2003, and has had the highest priced sales in West Palm Beach since it opened. Amenities include doorman, manned gate, 40'x20' pool, ICW and ocean views from units, fitness room, and building garage. The most expensive unit sold in the building had 5 bedrooms, 6 1/2 baths, 9061 sq ft. Listed for $8,800,00 it sold for $7,720,000 after 1062 days on the market. In July 2007, a 4 bedroom, 4 bath 5650 sq ft 6th floor unit sold for $6,100,000, was listed for $7,500,000, featured Jerusalem stone floors and the largest floor plan, on the market for 334 days. The most recent sale was a 2nd floor 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath 5242 sq ft unit, featuring marble floors, listed for $2,2995,000 and sold for $2,800,000 after 52 days on the market. There are 7 units currently for sale. A completely renovated unfurnished unit with parquet and marble floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 full and 2 half baths, 5242 sq ft on the 5th floor has been on the market for 60 days for $$6,700,000. The lowest priced unit has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 4035 sq ft, has been on the market 611 days, originally listed at $4,350,000, now priced at $3,495,000, unfurnished.
