Public input will be maximized with neighborhood meetings, newsletters and press releases. Considerations are widening the road from 6 to 8 lanes, and adding full or partial interchanges at either Clint Moore Road, Yamato Road or Palmetto Park Rod (all in Boca Raton) or Linton Boulevard (in Delray Beach). Nearby neighborhoods expressed concern about more noise, increased traffic and more dirt, while expressing a wish to relieve traffic on Glades Road. Some areas requested sound-deadening walls.
