NEW COMMUNITY SERIES: WELLINGTON COMMUNITIES COMING UP

Investment interest in building new communities in Wellington is alive and well.

Freehold Communities has begun construction on the new master-planned 2000-home Wellington Community named Arden. Located off Southern Boulevard in Palm Beach County, Arden will include will include

19 miles of trails, a five-acre farm and garden, and a 200-acre lake
Completion date is estimated later this year
The 10,000 sq ft 2-story clubhouse will have a resort-style pool, outdoor patio, private exercise studio and fitness center, private cabanas, private event space and a coffee and tea bar
All 2000 homes will back up to a park, greenway or nature trail. Freehold has an office in West Palm Beach. The builders have not yet been announced.

The Solara at Wellington, a condominium complex, will have
